These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of nanoherbalmedicine.com and your purchase of products from Nano Herbal Medicine LLC (“Nano Herbal Medicine,” “SYLEKSA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from us.

Our products — important cosmetic notice

SYLEKSA Nano Herbal Cream is a cosmetic product for external use only. It is not a drug and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Individual results may vary. We recommend a patch test before first use and discontinuing use if irritation occurs. This is not medical advice; consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any health condition, allergies, pregnancy, or medications.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. We strive for accuracy but are not responsible for typographical errors; if a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel any order placed at that price. Payments are processed by third-party providers (for example, Shopify Payments and Shop Pay). By submitting payment information, you agree to the applicable provider’s terms and privacy policy. We do not store full payment card numbers.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, and may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. You may request cancellation any time before your order is dispatched (normally within 1–2 business days of ordering) by emailing contact@nanoherbalmedicine.com.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Intellectual property

SYLEKSA and the SYLEKSA logo are trademarks of Nano Herbal Medicine LLC. All content on the Site—including text, images, logos, and design—is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content or marks without our prior written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, to interfere with its operation or security, to attempt unauthorized access, or to misuse it in any way that could harm us or other users.

Disclaimers

Severability

No waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment

Force majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, labor disputes, carrier delays, or interruptions in supply or telecommunications.
