We want you to love your SYLEKSA ritual. Because SYLEKSA Nano Herbal Cream is a topical cosmetic applied to the skin, this policy protects the health and safety of every customer.
Opened products are final sale
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged, and all sales of opened products are final. This does not affect your legal rights regarding products that are damaged, defective, or not as described.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or is not the item you ordered, email contact@nanoherbalmedicine.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the item and its packaging. Once we verify the issue, we will provide, at our option, a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method, including any original shipping charges for the affected item.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel an order any time before it is dispatched (normally within 1–2 business days of ordering). Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may follow our return process above if it qualifies.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping is non-refundable except where an item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with members of your household and neighbors, then contact the carrier to open an inquiry. You may also email us and we will help investigate. Risk of loss passes to you upon the carrier’s confirmed delivery to your address; even so, we will always work with you in good faith on lost-package issues.
