Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only, including U.S. territories where carrier service is available.
Free shipping
Shipping is free on all U.S. orders—no minimum.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, or on weekends or holidays, begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS, depending on your location. Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating.
Shipping address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; reshipment costs resulting from an incorrect address may be your responsibility.
Delays
Carrier delays caused by weather, peak periods, or other factors are outside our control. We appreciate your patience and are always happy to help track your order.
